Senior Level Hotel Management

We are seeking experienced hospitality senior level managers for our existing and future hotels in the Greenville and Spartanburg area. The positions available are on the General Manager/Assistant General Manager level and require the following experience and skills:
At least five (5) years of progressive hotel Management experience with proven leadership of a branded hotel team
Preference will be given to branded GM Certification
Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of Associate's degree and work experience
Valid SC Driver's license
Hands-on experience in Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales & Catering, Banquets and Restaurant/Breakfast Bar operations
Accomplished trainer/speaker for one-on-one and group training meetings
Proven success in revenue generation and management, financial management and guest service initiatives
Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly, both oral and written, as well as effective listening skills to understand and work towards problem resolution
Team member focused to consistently deliver optimal guest satisfaction
Proficient in branded hotel PMS and Accounting systems
Proficient use of Microsoft Office to complete correspondence, email, notices, spreadsheets, internal flyers, guest responses, marketing ads and brochures
Action oriented to work efficiently and effectively toward hotel goals and objectives. Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative actions quickly and accurately
Time management skills to meet commitments across multiple companies, departments and roles
Demonstrates financial acumen to work with and understand financial information, data and basic mathematical skills
Ability to delegate and hold accountable management team for successful Quality Assurance evaluations, Guest Satisfaction scores, Profitability, Team Member retention, Cleanliness and Condition brand standards
Position requires a flexible schedule with weekend and night coverage as business demands

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
